Our trend following method identifies the bull breakout when the stock starts trading above the previously identified resistance level while it has already established a strong support level.

This condition can occur during a bull run.

This condition can also occur during a bear run.

The stock may have finally established a strong support level and now could be breaking out of its resistance level.

This may represent an early sign of a new bull run.
