How can I cancel my subscription? From My profile page, you can cancel your subscription at any time. It would not affect your current subscription date. You can still access system up until your subscription end date. We have a try before buy policy, therefore we do not issue any refund. What Time Frame data included with my subscription? Daily Data is included with your subscription. We are mainly focused on a investor community. Therefore our service is offered on a EOD data. This site is updated based on the EOD ( Daily Data ). However, we have weekly and monthly data available on some instances. Same applies to our intraday data. With stricter rules from NASDQ we are not able to obtain data at this stage for intraday chart and analysis on a 15 minutes delayed bases. We are using IEX data to analyze intraday actvities. How often the Stock Chart data is updated? Daily EOD data is available every evening at 6:30 pm eastern time. Therefore charts are updated every evening after the data is available to us. How often the market sentiment is updated? System would analyze stocks which are trading above resistance or below the support level at every evening from our core database. It would include levels from all different types of trend following analysis. The sentiment gets updated once these selected stocks are analyzed. By default, we update our entire system on the first trading day (Generally Monday )of the week at the close of business. This process takes approximately three hours. So, be on the safe side, I would say, It’s the next morning ( Generally Tuesday). How often the market snapshot prices are updated? System updates market wide snapshot data every 6 minutes.
