| How we derive to our opinion?
Most people derive to, or confirm their opinion by some type of source, either it could be media or personal interaction with others. Well, everyone has one. Without opinion we would have no personality. It is one of the core elements of who we are, what we are and what we will be! When I enter trade I have an opinion on that particular equity or market condition or may be all of the above. However, I have been proven wrong by market. When that happens, I have to deflate my ego, swallow my pride and discard my opinion in order to preserve my capital. It is simple as that. Don't be like most investors, when proven wrong by market, they come up with excuse of "I invested my money into this stock for long term!" And keep looking at the valuation of their equity going down! Remember one thing, smart people always leave a little room to change or adjust their view point.If you accept you mistakes, you can learn something from it! |
